How to Order

To
search our catalogue by ISBN, enter the ISBN of
the item you are looking for in our search box ,
and hit Go. You can enter the ISBN either with hyphens
or without. You can also search by LANGUAGE, TITLE,
or part of TITLE.

2.
How can I pay for
my order?
|
|
Orders
can be placed through our website using the email
ordering form: we do not currently accept credit
cards on the website. We will send a confirmation
for the order including carriage where applicable.
You can then send payment through your Bank, by
cheque or postal order
|

Payment
by credit card / Bank Transfer
|
|
Please
use the form attached to your confirmed order to
complete your details, and fax the completed order
with your credit card number/Bank details or telephone
us with your credit card number.
|
|
|
|

How quickly can we despatch books?
|
|
If
you have ordered stock items and your order is received
before 12 noon British time, Monday to Friday, your
order will be despatched on the same day. Orders
placed after noon may also be despatched on the
same day, though this cannot be guaranteed.
|
|
If
your order is in stock and is not despatched on
the same day, it will be despatched within 24 hours
or at the next available opportunity.
|
|
|

4.
What do I do if an order doesn't arrive?
|
|
Once
you have successfully completed the order process
you will receive an e-mail confirmation that it
has been received by us and that it is being processed.
|
If,
however, you find that your order has not arrived
within a reasonable period of time, please do contact
us.
|
|
If
you feel that you have a cause for complaint, we
would endeavour to respond to any complaint within
five working days.
|
|
|
|
|
Requests for authorization must be made in writing
using our own returns form, which must be completed
in full. This can be faxed to us. |
